Skate Station Funworks offers a beginning skating lesson program for all ages on Saturday mornings from 10:30am to 11am. Price is $14.95 and includes admission to the general skate session from 11-6pm.
Skaters learn the basic skills of forward and backward skating, starting and stopping correctly, proper posture, balance and falling, as well as skating and equipment safety.
Lessons for adults (ages 16+) are offered every Thursday from 7:30-8 p.m., starting March 5, 2026. The $15 lesson cost includes rental skates and admission to the adult skating session from 8 - 10:30.
All levels are welcome. You'll learn a variety of beginner to intermediate-level skills from several professional roller-skating instructors - everything from the basics to fun roller dance moves to try with your friends!
