Claims and Returns:
Noticeable carton damage must be marked on waybill and claimed directly to freight company within 48 hours. No claims will be allowed if Funworks is not notified within 7 days of delivery. All packing must be held material and carton until the freight claim is settled. 7 days of delivery. Merchandise can not be returned without our office prior authorization. Custom products are not returnable. Restocking fee of 20% may apply.
